Le Carpaccio - Toulouse

We were a group of 6 arriving around 10:15p.m.3 of us ordered the "Menue Charolais" (last page of menu card!) - a starter salad with Parmesan cheese, Fillet of Beef with choice of French fries or pasta along with choice of sauces (pepper, Marsala or Gorgonzola) for EUR 16,90.The meat was really, really good - tender, soft and prepared to the point.Service was quick and almost too efficient as our meals arrived before the beverages ...Would definitely return to the restaurant.

It would be nice to sit outside if it wasn't for the smokers but that is how it is everywhere. Just be prepared. Decent wine by the 25cl and 50cl pichets. Our hotel made reservations for six which were definitely necessary. The service was spotty but it may have been the waitress who was pleasant and trying hard e.g. asked for butter that never came, a second beer came after maybe 20 minutes as the bill was being paid. Location on a busy street with many eating options and this one is fine.

This is a great pizza place we went late on Saturday and it was pretty busy but the staff and manager took the time to welcome us and we didn't feel at all rushed, the pizzas were very good and came quickly, that's all we had, so can't comment on other options on the menu, and the pitcher of house red was excellent quality and great value at something like 8 eurosNice ambience and great service

We had a fine dinner here! The fish was excellent and the wine was reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and the service was exceptional.

Mixed or gizzard salad plus steak or duck with choice of sauces plus frites or pasta is a good prix fixe choice. Apple crumble for dessert is a surprise and delight. Simple but good fare and a buzzy atmosphere.
