Not only were our 2 dinners here the highlight of our 5-day stay in Toulouse, it was the highlight of our 6 week stay in France. Friendly staff and excellent food: don't be afraid to come here every day if you like! The lamb is excellent but, for most people, should be ordered only to be shared among at least 3 people. What Ewald O'Reilly doesn't like about Le Bistroquet et Sa Cantine:
We made reservations for 7 pm. 1 table occupied in whole restaurant and we were seated by toilets and told we need to leave by 9. Food was very good (our waiter, Jesse, was very helpful but our lack of French was treated very rudely by the man who seated us. View all feedback.

Amazing food and fantastic service. Our French is poor and the waiter made us feel really comfortable and helped us order. Tapas style food. 100% recommend.
Delicious food and wine! The staff really polite and helpful. Generally it was a great experience! We ordered a lot and the table was a bit small. Maybe a small stand next to our table so we could place our bread and beverages would be great.
It was magic. I hope its gonna be Axel next time. Best restaurant. Good job. Good luck to all....
We went to the family. very welcoming and annoying waitress.Very good food. The white wine we took was very good. only small flat on desserts slightly below the rest but together we have had a great time.
