This restaurant was near to our Apart Hotel and despite a fairly ordinary external appearance, it proved to be a good find. The waiter was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. We shared a beautifully prepared camembert as a starter. My Calzone was excellent, and the soft egg in the centre only made an appearance after I had been eating for 10 minutes. Overall good food and good presentation. Also good value at 45 Euros including a bottle of Chateau Saint Louis.
The restaurant is warm and welcoming. The tables are close and our fellow diners were very friendly. We had great conversations with the people on either side of us. The food was good, but not great. Wines are good. It's in one of the main squares and a very busy restaurant. I would suggest making a reservation or arriving early.
