Unfortunately, like in many restaurants in France, vegetarians have a limited choice of just one main course. When asked if it were possible to leave bacon out of a salad, the waiter gave the impression he made it a point not to understand and then suggested something with fish. One of my favourite restaurants in Toulouse located on Place du Capitole in the centre. Ambiance is great from the moment you walk in and are welcomed by M. Castro and his staff. Very friendly, attentive and professional service. You can either sit out on the patio or in the restaurant. The food is delicious and don't forget the escargots. Merci a Sebastien pour votre acceuil et gentillesse and for having taken such good care of us. A bientot.
