we arrived in a very atypical and warm setting where the chef welcomed us very well. a colorful and fresh but very simply executed plate was served to us, finally for dessert a delight of apricot poached with verveine. all this in relatively small amounts. Unusual location discovered by chance! A delicious cuisine with Mediterranean flavors that explode in the mouth! Single dish with vegetarian version just as excellent.
