Correct overall delivery, but missing heat and no kind of waste that is not negligible, difficult to tolerate:
9 years when my daughter was a little girl, she always talks about the workshops! Next step in the 2023 program, my 8-year-old will do the same, so it must be said that her big sister is an ambassador!
The activity is very well organized; a little too much perhaps with culinary preparations already made in advance in case of customer failure. on the other hand, a shock to see food waste with excesses at the end of the session. but “it’s good, it’s the customer who pays.” when you think you have to pay the extra portion while customers might be satisfied with these extras paid by them. a purely commercial vison, not sure that it cracks the client.
We were there for a bachelorette party and we had a very pleasant time: the timing was perfectly respected, the recipes were excellent, we had a great time. Thanks again !
Parent-child cooking class today, around desserts of yesteryear. We made 4 desserts for 2 people, with very generous proportions!! All the ingredients had been prepared before our arrival, no downtime during the workshop, we had a great time and learned a lot. Everything was planned so that we could take everything. We are tasting our creations: a real success and a delight! Thank you chef Sébastien
