Chez Rosa serves delicious tapas that reminds of Spain unlike many other bars that serve cold and greasy tapas. The place is small and the personnel speaks spanish as well which makes a good opportunity to practice the language and have a nice chat. View all feedback.
What Isabelle Gauthier doesn't like about Chez Rosa:
nice atmosphere and map, but we are really crowded-sucked (I appreciate the tumultuous Catalan bars, but there it is squarely a sardines box), the quality of food and wines (corrects) do not justify the too high prices and lack of pot, it seems that I fell on an evening when the boss was milk soup, which is rare. So, mixed experience. much loved the neighborhood, however. View all feedback.
Small place, air-conditioned, very friendly, good service. I had the mussels dish, which was fantastic.
This was by far the best tapas-experience I’ve ever had and I’ve lived in Spain! The tapas aren’t overly typical, but they are extremely delicious! The staff was very friendly. This seems a very popular restaurant, so it was quite crowds and therefore a bit noisy. However it didn’t really bother us. We will definitely go there again and would recommend it to all visiting Toulouse!

Typical Catalan, map written in Spanish, Spanish and French wines. Quality at the top! nothing to say tapas excellent wines also bar in length, narrow to circulate, small terrace. but it remains a very good address to spend a good evening and especially a welcome and service to the top thanks
