You have 2 or 3 single tables for 2 persons, the rest are 3 huge tables, where you share the space with other clients, which is fun. The ambience is great. So is the food. Authentic dishes from Vietnam, cooked with love (which you can see and taste) and delicacy. You can't really "choose" your menu, it's a fix one, but very large, with 3 different "entrées", a main dish and a dessert buffet, all in Vietname typical style. THE FOOD IS SOOOO TASTY! Pham, the cook and owner is sweet and is always around to explain you the way it works or just chat a bit. When you're done with the first dish, you just put it yourself on the "dirty" shelf, take a large bowl and serve as much as you want from the main dish. Similar for the dessert.14,50€ the whole thing, including tap water and service.I return often here, one of my favorites in Toulouse.just one "negative" thing: only opens monday to friday for lunch, such a pity!
