A classic in Toulouse but which remains at the top for having a good time and above all eating well. Always recommended again and again, this is where we had our wedding meal... almost 20 years ago now.
We come from Nice each time for this cassoulet which is always exceptional. We also bought several boxes, the setting is pleasant and the cuisine is worth the detour, it is however a shame that the moment is spoiled by a waiter entirely in black, shaved on the sides, particularly unsympathetic who is clearly there to make money and has no interpersonal skills. A 250€ ticket for 2 adults and a child deserves a little more sense of customer relations or flexibility when a person does not want dessert but potentially a digestive as a replacement... Airs of smugness or disdain from the aperitif with an expeditious side did not leave the desire to give a tip, this penalizes the moment and the other servers who are pleasant to them
Nous avons déjeuné a trois a midi en semaine. Réservation conseillée. Déjeuner à l'étage dans une salle plus calme que la terrasse et bien climatisée. Le cassoulet et le magret étaient très bons. Idem pour la Pavlova et la vergeoise champenoise. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles car le service était certes très bien mais long (la rançon du succès). A refaire.
