We came in by chance over this restaurant and were glad that we did. we probably have the last table for two when the place was lined. there had a great atmosph... read more We came in by chance over this restaurant and were glad that we did. we probably have the last table for two when the place was lined. there had a great atmosphere, the young woman who served us, was rushed by her feet, but was totally...charming and efficient and eating was good, uncomplicated and well cooked (I like it always if I given the choice as my hamburger is cooked.) would come back.

Instant plus points were the popularity during the midday period as well as some available seats in the free as well as an unexpectedly smarter interior. after a few alcohol-free drinks, we both chose the grilled magnet...de canard, although with different glands and a medium with the other medium rare. everything came exactly as ordered and the duck was juicy and tasteful. maybe they are very good at any of the choices on the Shortish menu. the overall rating is not excellent because the non-food inspections were not excellent
