Very nice personnel. Excellent meat. I like more family oriented places. Too expensive for normal people.
With most good restaurants closed or full, I had to go to dinner suddenly in Toulouse. Had no choice but to go to a brasserie. Had no high expectations but thought the standard would be ok being part of the Flo group. I decided to order the"safest" item on the menu - a hamburger "a point". At Euros 23 + service + tax, I got a patty of grey colour on a pile of greasy onion on a soggy bun topped with half a piece of bacon all drown in a non description sauce. The fries looked like they were cooked yesterday. I sent the dish back and then came a slightly better looking hamburger but still totally overcooked with the same half piece of bacon and a burnt bun. The best part was the ketchup! I did not have the patience to send it back but just because it is summer and most of the clients were tourists, this is no reason to serve a totally unacceptable dish - the most humble greasy spoon anywhere in the world would have done a better job. I have been going to the Flo chain for years in Paris and never have I encountered such a disastrous meal. Time for reflection.
Great for coffee and a cold drink after a hard days sightseeing. Very traditional bar bistro with helpful staff, open all day long.
Good value for money, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Food was made with locally sourced ingredients. Tasty and delicious. Well trained professional staff are absolute stars. Money well spent for great food right next to Pont de Neauf upon river garonne. Neatly laid out tables with spotless white tablecloths can be identified from a distance. One cannot miss this place.
