We were about fifty guests sitting in this restaurant, a favourite of Toulouse, who want space to be restored. The service was efficient, warm, and the staff always listening. The dishes were also up to the reputation of this place. We can specify that the restaurant as a whole is almost crowded for lunch. . Ratio quality excellent price, wines has reasonable prices, service and pleasant staff. air-conditioned room or possibility to eat on terrace when the weather allows.
Saturday, September 18, 2021 we celebrated the marriage of our son Edouard and his wife Mako, we reserved the BLANC Traiteur in Toulouse. The day before, on Friday, the staff left us the reception rooms at 11am, we were able to do all the floral decoration, it was beautiful, the staff was of a kindness and availability as we can no longer see. On the next day of the wedding, we were entitled to a very high-level service, nothing lacking, it was perfection, for the Sunday brunch we had a person at our disposal, I recommend the White House, which has been exemplary since 1964, gage of seriousness, these are very great professionals, all the guests have found the excellent meals, the divine foie gras, the sublime salmon, not counting the kindness and availability of the staff, Thanks
This day our association has given itself an appointment in this restaurant. First of all, a large enough parking lot welcomes you. Entrance of the restaurant, which does not pay mine outside side, but inside contrast. A well-designed table positioning. Very courteous staff immediately make the place warm. It takes only a few moments to settle in this huge room a friendly brouhaha. Then start the service. We cranked the aperitif to the good franquette. ...punch at discretion amuses mouth. A treat. The wines are of quality. A foie gras /dried /salade. ...you'll see all the pictures. Then a Merlan delight with a sublime sauce. Then the meat. Let's go. ...the butter was so tender. ... accompanied by an assortment of vegetables. Then dessert. A share of creamy and tasty cake. Then the coffee. With no kinship, no action in this restaurant, I can only recommend it to you. A must-have culinary stop.
Restaurant simple without pretention, meal formula good report quality price. Average atmosphere in a slightly ageing setting. I recommend, however.
For a restaurant that displays caterers, not much home-made in my opinion but I may be wrong... Not very smiling service. Banal frame.
