We had the entree / main prix fixe lunch, with an avocado & crab tartare, and fish / pork dishes for main. The food was deliciously fresh, tasty, well prepared and well presented.Compliments to the chef.We did feel a bit sorry for the 2 waitresses. The place was very busy, with inside and outside seating on a beautiful Toulouse winters day. The 2 young ladies were run off their feet. So if you go, and they are busy,... View all feedback.
My boyfriend and I dined here the last night of a 2 week stay in France and Spain. We had one night in Toulouse and literally stumbled in to this little gem. We had a bottle of wine, the cheese plate and the steak tartare. All were wonderful. The owner is delightful and we told him to come to New York and open up a place. Everything thing about this restaurant was great...food, anbience and price. I would come back again and wish we had more places like this in NYC
We had a two course lunch for two, and the food was generous and well prepared, and the price was reasonable. The attention to detail and professionalism was obvious, the balance great, and we left well satisfied.
The dishes are so delicious and the staffs are very nice. As a foreigner in France, although I don't speak French, I still feel very comfortable in this small but lovely restaurant! If you have a chance to visit Toulouse, you definitely have to try their food!
What a delight this place is. I had lunch outside here on a sunny day, with a great view of the quai and the artists' stalls across the way. I ordered from the set menu and my two courses were delicious. The wine was good too - not always the case when you want to order by the glass. Our waiter served a large number of tables without faltering and had a smile for everyone. He deserves a medal - a great ambassador for Toulouse.

Instead have some compassion for their situation. Also, when we were there the waitresses did not speak English. This was not too much of a problem for us but it is perhaps best if you have some French.
