We paid 27€ for a piece of fish on a bed of cut carrots and cauliflower with olive oil and lemon, because the waiter was not able to tell us if nuts were in the food. Allergiker menus are required by law in frankreich .das restaurant did not have them. we made it clear to the waiter of my heavy allergies and asked him if it was possible to remove bones from the top of one of the fish dishes. he said it was not a problem that he would even replace the soße for another who was sure not to have any nuts. the dish should have been served with roasted vegetables and polnta. the waiter came back with legit cut pieces of carrots, cauliflower and some pieces gurke without sauce, a piece of fish on the side and some lemons. lol likes what? when my man asked why no polnta or sauce the waiter said he couldn't be sure if there were nuts in him and that the cook mixes everything together. as a reaction to our obvious dissatisfaction they offered to replace the rabbit food with French pommes. the meal was 27€ lol like? no. the waiter literally whispered: “I don’t know what to do!” then left. I only ate the fish and when the manager came to clear the teller and ask how the eating was my man reacted honestly. the kerl again offered French pommes lol, but it was also the end of the meal so obvious. No. the type felt audible and caused a huge scene. it was so unpleasant and unpleasant. in the round he was frustrated that we did not come with our own solution for their fault. he has naturally accused us of the full price for the meal, but the kerl was clearly unstable, so we decided to reduce and go our losses. the whole thing could have been avoided if 1. they followed the law by providing allergie menus, 2. the waiter knew which ingredients were in the menu items, so that I would have ordered something else. Oh yes, my man is from toulon, so that was not a "the French are terrible in service." the type was a ticking time bomb. all their masks under his nose wore all the time.

Hidden away right on the water edge is this relaxed eatery. Service is relaxed and informal. Plenty of fish on the menu as you would expect. Beautiful views across the bay. Parking is available, so long as you can drive in confined spaces.

Our family ate here during the annual Olive Festival (Fête de l'Olivier) on the first weekend of October (since the big festival highly recommended). The set menu was priced at 15.50€. Our children (ages 10 and 5) enjoyed the entrecôte pommes and I enjoyed the Vol au Vent. The meal was no earth scattered, but more than decent for the price. Very friendly and patient service despite our poor French.

We had on this place one of the worst experiences and unrespectful moments of our life. we order our dishes written by my mother as green pesto pasta (linguine). they served a normal pasta with tomato sauce (check the attached photo). Although my mother cannot eat tomato sauce, the fact was that the served dish was completely incoherent with what was written in the menu, not the main problem of our evening. as soon as I asked the manager whether it was possible to check if our meal was the one we ordered, she replied: would you like to use the classes to our chef? they do not know how to deal with customers who have the minimum experience to question and evaluate their service. it has made me very much effort to communicate with the manager in her speech so that she could really understand what I said, but she has clearly mocked me and my mind and made some careless sweat and commentary about it. as we all know, is one of the most primitive possibilities of contesting the “argumentum ad hominem . Usually this is used by children or those who have no better argument but do not want to resign. After I lived in 3 different continentals and had eaten in restaurants from all the world's flats, this was the first time that I experienced the use of ad hominem in the customer relationship. at the end, I was threatened by the sub-assistant who finally called me to fight with him in the park. so if they wiling, disrespected, threatened, eat something else instead of the plate they ordered from the menu and pay a really elevated price for quality (compared to other restaurants also from toulon,) just because of the intention, probably this is the right place for them. they really don't care about them, it's the famous policy give me their money and leave as soon as they can. the bonus track is that they do not use the mask properly and Kovid protocols are not their thing.
