Was Daniel Boulay at Timo a mag?
Went here with a group for dinner. Service was very good. The restaurant was very busy all evening long. Good to see. I suggest you make reservations. Everyone in the group enjoyed their meal. Lots of choices and the prices are very fair. Only downfall was the restaurant is very noisy. Hard to talk within your group. I would go back again. View all feedback.

I recently dined here with a group of 10. Most of our group found their meals to be excellent, great quality and taste. Some of the group that had pasta dishes found them to be rather average. I personally had the penne bolognese and thought...it was ok but definitely have had better. The pasta was over cooked so it was mushy and the sauce was blah. I would not order that dish again. We haven't had a chance to dine in yet but we've had take out a few times and the food is great. Our favourite is the prosciutto and arugula pizza - delicious! We did have the gnocchi one time and the texture wasn't great but we were a little late picking up our food and probably not the best choice for take out anyways. Pasta servings are generous.

The calamari are by far the best I have ever had in Ontario. Every meal I have had at Timo has not disappointed. Portions are a good size and the price is fair.

If you're lazy for some Italian food then yes. If you can make a decent pasta and want to save money then you're better off. I'd say this place is. 6 out of 10.

To be quite honest I have nothing to say about the food however the owner is pretentious and terribly offensive. I have never in my life been left feeling the way I was after dealing with him to book a special occasion at his restaurant....I would never recommend this restaurant nor will I ever step foot in there again.
