Extremely neglected. It's like an abandoned city. Unfortunately. I'm so sorry, it's just my personal opinion. If the people living in it are happy with it, that's another place. I came as a guest after all. I would love to know that the municipality of Tosya worked well. And unfortunately I can't say.
