Been coming here for a few years, when we walk in he always remembers us and also remembers our drinks. He is so attentive in the right way and will go out of his way to ensure that the food and the drinks are the best they can be. If you do come to Torrox please pop down and pay him a visit as it is 100% value for money as his prices are cheap but the food and drink quality is very high.
As you walk down the plaza, look over the railings and you will find the best bar in Torrox, Cameial the owner is a very good cook and from Tapas to Burgers it's all good, prices cheap and every holiday we pop down, he also has a fruit machine and TV on the inside, worth the walk down teh steps, his English is better than he says and is always a good host
This is our favourite bar in Torrox Pueblo. Down the steps from the main restaurants. Camillo is a brilliant and funny host. Food is great and drinks cheaper than the other bars. If you leave a tip, he rings a bell. Makes me laugh every time .
Just below all the other bars, staff friendly more locals but always a warm welcome, prices cheaper and tapas very tasty and opens late, worth a visit
Our third visit to Torrox but first time here.Because it's downstairs from the square it's easy to miss and we would have again except the owner of the house we stayed in recommended it .The owner is quite lugubrious and speaks no English yet we managed to make ourselves understood and ordered some tapas and wine , well I can only say this is the best tapas in Torrox by a mile and the wine was fine too ! So good we went again our last night . Looking forward to our next visit to Torrox and Refugio.
