A really good Tuscan menu with the novel idea of offering generous taster dishes as part of the menu. This means that as a main course you can get a selection of 4 local dishes served as one. The service was efficient and friendly but we were left alone unless we needed them. The Chiana beef is served beautifully and the house wine is fantastic. They also have an interesting dessert menu.
