This restaurant is at the intersection of two busy roads, a bit outside of town. We ate there twice...once for lunch and once for dinner. They were a bit stand-offish at lunch until the headwaiter and owner warmed up to us, but he was very chatty and friendly at dinner. Read the good reviews here and visited Al Botteghino for dinner. Service was not friendy, hardly a smile ever. Food was average, tagliata far too salty. Wine was a disappointment. But the place seemed to be popular, so they must have better moments. View all feedback.
We were staying at Agriturismo Renello. Someone there recommended we come here for lunch. Food was great. Servers were friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend. We had a charcuterie platter and a salad.
We found this place in our roud back to our stay. This was excellent experience. Even when the kitchen was closed,. They received us and offered pizzas and it was delicious!!
Very good local place. The owner was charming and very helpful. The food is good and reasonable....we had a chicken breast dish that was very nice and also very good pasta.

Friendly local celery service with very friendly staff. very greedy Tuscan appetizers. super meat! recommended.
