Taco Bell - Torrington

The line was quite long today at 4:30 PM. We decided to order two Cravings Packs, each containing four beef crispy tacos and four five-layer burritos filled with beef, beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese sauce, as described on the Taco Bell website. While the online menu indicated that these packs were $10 each, this particular franchise in Torrington, CT charged $11.99 each. When we enjoyed the burritos at home, it was hard to identify the cheddar cheese sauce, and some of them also contained little to no sour cream. After Thanksgiving, many people crave something other than turkey for a few days, and cuisines like Italian, Chinese, and Mexican provide great alternatives. Taco Bell serves its purpose as a cheap and convenient option, making it an ideal choice for those in the mood for this type of food. For that reason, it fulfills a useful service in the fast-food landscape.

This is the ONLY Taco Bell in a fairly large area (including Waterbury, Thomaston, Bristol, and Torrington) that is actually open and fully operational after midnight. All the other locations I tried close early, right at 1:00 AM. This place has a lot on offer, and even though it closes at exactly 12:30 AM, we were able to order a bunch of delicious food because we hadn’t eaten much earlier in the day… and, of course, because we could! The staff was incredibly friendly! I was genuinely surprised by how nice the young ladies were, especially considering the late hour; they didn’t give us any trouble about our order. From now on, I plan to exclusively visit this Taco Bell.
