Easy walk from the neighborhood. Nice selection would be delicious baked treats. Got the Navajo Taco and found it delicious (requires some hot sauce, but I covered it). Caramel Pecan make it delicious! Charming local aesthetics. View all feedback.
Great place to stop in and grab your morning cup of Joe! The food is great and the staff is welcoming. The dining area is clean, quaint, and roomy. During my visit I tried the breakfast sandwich and cinnamon rolls. They were delicious!
What a 'sweet ' surprise to accidentally find Lou 's Bakery and Cafe while passing through Torrington Wyoming! We ordered to go and wish we could have stayed. Chicken salad on a croissant pleasantly topped with tomato, cheese and asparagus! Special of the day jalapeños burger also delicious. But the baked goods! We tried 4 different items and all made on our long journey sweeter!

Very nice little cafe. The decor is eclectic and super sweet. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful with local amenities. The food was very good. We ordered the Pecan Roll, Croissant Breakfast Sandwich, and Chicken Pot Biscuits meal. The sandwiches come with a beautiful side of fresh fruit. The croissants are fresh, fluffy and tasty. The eggs were perfect and the bacon was beautiful and crispy. The chicken had an absolutely wonderful taste. It was tender and scattered in a beautiful crispy roasted dough with a hint of sweetness. The cookies are solid but not doughy, beautiful and flacky. They kept well under the severity. Speaking of gravity, it was a perfect consistency with a beautiful mild taste and not quite fat. The crusted cinnamon roll was also hot and fresh at 9am. It was moist, but not dry. We asked a little of the Frosting cream cheese to go with it. After all, the coffee was very nice. Mild, not watery or too strong. My children and I enjoy the experience very much. We're going to visit again.
Went to Sweet Lou’s on our visit to Wyoming a few years back. Such nice owners, and delicious baked goods and coffee is great! They had the best cinnamon rolls and rice crispy treats and they were the biggest I've ever seen! Pricing was on the point, you should definitely check this little business on your visit!
