Kfc - Torrington

Fresh food... One of the better KFCs I've been to! The staff is very friendly. Yes! You are also quite forgotten! We were asked if we were willing to wait 6 minutes for fresh chicken strips. So we went and sat in the car and waited... Returned about 10 minutes later and they had completely forgotten that we were waiting! (We had an order of $35! They hurried to put it together and still forgot to clean up my Koleslawe. Overall the food was delicious... The staff was friendly... You just need to be better careful.

Horrible service , food was reheated and spongy not crispy will never eat there again

Family of 9 came in and order over 150$ worth of food to be stolen by an Uber driver, after getting everything sorted out and getting replacement food we did not get tenders like we ordered and argued with by shakur that we where lying about the tenderswe received them, after being disrespected. Jacob was the nicest employee and made sure everything was correct and we had a nicedinner, and did things right my opinion he should be given shakurs position.Horrible experience in all.

Came in with 9 people and spent over 150 dollars the order was stolen bye a door dash driver and the manager shaquir tried arguing that we took it and when they messed up the order after the fact he tried making accusations that we where stealing thattoo but the manager below him Jacob did a great job resolving the situation

Absolutely terrible customer service, either they get your order wrong or it?s just terrible food.
