Was Anonym at Quay 22 a mag?
we came here after a long walk with our dog. it was a bit expensive, but I'm glad we were too tired and hungry to go on. the food was really delicious, and the piece of cake was delicious and enormous. very dog friendly: they were happy to cook a simple dish for our pooch, and also gave her a crispy tasty. photo shows that our lucky dog digests her meal! I'm pretty fussy about my coffee, and I was surprised how good... View all feedback.

We visited Quay 22 today, I was a bit worried after I read reviews about it was expensive and food was served on paper plates, but glad these reviews didn't put us off as we had a lovely lunch here. Lots on the menu to... View all feedback.

Visited today, 3 families and 12 of us with 2 dogs. We were greeted warmly and even brought out water and biscuits for the dog. The 3 orders went in separately and we chose to have the Ploughman’s platter for 2 which was £30, so not cheap. When it arrived I commended to my husband it wasnt worth £30 but it was fresh and tasty. We’d not long finished when the same platter arrived for one person £15) nearly the same size as the one we paid £30 for. Apparently when I then asked about it I was told that the bigger platter had an extra slice of ham and two bits of cheese. Had we known we would have bought the two platters as double the price did not mean double the size. The owner did give us free sliced of cake when I complained but disappointing all the same.

What a great find! Excellent little cafe just across from the quayside. Staff were lovely, friendly and made up a little plate of nibbley bits for my 1.5 year old which was so hopefully as he's picky. No issues with us parking our buggy outside. Nice chilled atmosphere. Food was delish. Thanks so much!

On a recent trip to Bideford for some hard earned solitude my partner, toddler and myself popped in for some lunch. I was surprised on how busy it was being October, compared to a number of other eateries that were nearby and seemed almost empty. We were greated by a staff member who for once was just genuinely nice and helpful (there is nothing I can 't stand more than the American type fakeness that 's crept over to the UK service industry so this was refreshing). We had a beer, a glass of red wine and an amazing farmhouse double platter which consisted of a fresh green leaf salad, balsamic dressing, pickles, chutney, ciabatta bread, 4 large chincks of cheese, quality slices of ham and some crisps. I know some will say that it 's not hard to throw a 'ploughmans ' together but this was more than a pub special everything was so fresh and full of taste that it stood out for me and the portion size was spot on. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Bideford, the selection of cakes and hot drinks were plentiful and I heard someone on another table say their breakfast were amazing as well. Reasonably priced for the quality of produce used and fantastic service.
