Despite being busy, they were very accommodating. The view of the valley was beautiful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The nussbraten was probably the best we've had in a pub, with a delicious stuf... read more We recently dined at this restaurant for Sunday lunch and ordered the nuss roast. The nussbraten was probably the best we've had in a pub, with a delicious stuffing that wasn't dry or overly crispy like at other places. The vegetarian gravy was also very tasty. The roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and all the side dishes were excellent. For dessert, we tried the sticky toffee brownie which was delicious, though the vanilla ice cream was a bit average. We noticed they offer Farmer Tom's ice cream, so we'll make sure to try that next time. The service was great and we will definitely be back for another Sunday carvery. Many thanks to Crealock!
