At this event the menu choice is small the qua... read more We went to a Sunday afternoon Jam Session recently (which is worth another review) and decided to have some food. At this event the menu choice is small the quality and flavour sure makes up for it! I had the Mexican Burger and WOW it was something else. It was homemade and the taste was out of this world and the presentation was fantastic. Will be going back when the Jams return to try more of the menus items!

We were early and they were stil... read more Came to this restaurant to see a Murder Mystery event. As soon as we enterered we were greeted with a smile and very welcoming. We were early and they were still setting up for the night so we couldn't go to the bar but they got us seated at our table and we ordered our drinks. Service was fantastic and friendly and the staff were on their feet all night as it was very busy with the event going on. We all enjoyed our one course meal which was in with the price of the event ticket we had homemade chicken mushroom pie,chips,veg gravy, the other choice was a Texan burger we all enjoyed dinner. We all decided to get a dessert which was very cheap €3.50 each choices of carrot cake,tiramisu,chocolate fudge cake etc but we all found desserts to be very dry would of happily paid more for a better one. We had red and white wine,the red went down a treat but didn't like the white wine. Got to the end of the evening and there was an issue with the bill as unfortunately 2 others on our table went to the bar and said they paid for their own drinks but they had already left the bar,so the 6 of us left all paid what we owed plus a 10% tip for the service,but we ended up paying for the other 2 people drinks. So in future we will stick to paying our own then there is no confusion, I will definitely visit this bar again if there is an even going on as the service was so friendly.
