El Stop - Torrevieja

My brother and I were under the impression this was a traditional Spanish tapas bar- hence the name- 'Bar de Tapas!! ' On arrival we found manky chicken wings and soggy Cornish pasties...walked for 30 minutes to find the place and ended up just getting a beer. Hungry.

The best English Sunday lunch all around all fresh vegetables proper home made at affordable price with friendly welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service and attention to all your needs. Highly recommend a visit you won't be disappointed. Also tonight karaoke with Rocker Billy Rebel Paul Howard is highly popular to local residents. Go along and try it for your self good time allround.

On visiting Torrevieja last month on a business trip I happened to visit Bar El Stop. I thought it looked a nice quiet place to have a drink and catch up on some work. It was nice and quiet to start with but I soon realised how popular this bar was with tourists and locals. I decided to have a steak meal and wow it was great, so nice I returned 4 times in a week. Not only great food at good prices but also had entertainment on the weekend which was very good the atmosphere was fantastic. I would recommend Bar El Stop to singles, couples families.

Back again to Bar El Stop every time I visit Spain i will go out my way to call in here just love the atmosphere and the food is first class had a steak this time and my mouth was watering. karaoke was fun all night. This little gem of a place is run by some lovely people Tomma and Mick to me this place is the bee's knees Good fun great food what more can any one ask for.

Me an my friends where treated with the utmost respect the people who run this bar are absolutely fantastic, as for the food it was homesome,clean and really tasty. Since coming back to England I've told everyone I know to visit this place, its atmosphere is brilliant. Thanks to everyone who made our visit to Bar El Stop so enjoyable.
