Before I liked it a lot, now everything has changed. Today I went because I was hungry and I passed by. Well I ordered the grilled one and before that the pieces came and now it looked like ground beef with pastor and it didn't look like chistorra or sausage anymore. Although it is still good, what if it is bad but very bad are the sauces, before they were very tasty but now the ones they give are bad, they have no flavor the red one looks like catsup sauce with chile de árbol and the habanero sauce still has a strange appearance, no they look like sauce. Too bad they were very good but a taqueria with bad sauces is no longer a good taqueria. Recommendation if you go buy a sauce in the oxxo of those taco sauces from the mountain, they are much better.
