The buffet breakfast served at the Palapa is totally worth it. Fruit bar, juices, bread, coffee, stews, pancakes, waffles, and all types of eggs are some of the options served in this place. Personally, the cochinita pibil as well as the hashbrown potato were delicious. I recommend arriving early. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: MX$200–300 View all feedback.
What Pamela Coletti doesn't like about La Palapa:
Food was mediocre at best. Servers were very friendly, but not attentive. My daughter got the burger and wouldn't eat it, said it tasted like Spam Edited to say that we got great service from Ramiro for the rest of our trip! Jesus from La Trattoria was our waiter for this sixth date night out of seven. He recognized us from a couple of nights ago. He let me go ahead and order a second entree as he knew I would need it to fill up. I ordered the Caribbean Shrimp Brochettes and the Sky, Surf, and Turf Brochettes. My wife ordered the Caribbean Shrimp Brochettes. For appetizers, they offered a soup and salad buffet. The food came out before I was able to finish off my appetizer. It had great flavor. I would highly recommend this location!
Food is good, not great. Service varies by server. Don't eat here during happy hour, swim up bar is SO loud you can't think!! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
