They open for breakfast, and there you can taste the local fare "flour gorditas" thick tortillas, open and filled with great variety of stews.They reopen for dinner, where they have handmade flour and corn tortillas, ranchero tacos, soups, salads, desserts, alcoholic drinks; beef cuts, slowly cooked on a charcoal pit (great stuff) and some light fare, salads, nopal tacos, etc. etc. Ambiance is family oriented. Prices are moderate. Only Con: nothing is really hot-hot. Food is spicy and mild hot. prices for breakfast $7.00 us. Dinner $12-20
