We asked before we arrived (at the time of booking) to prepare a tasting menu and the experience was amazing: a great variety and always surprising. to highlight: the raviolis of the pork rib and the bao (and as a curiosity its reinterpretation of the bravas potatoes). Take advantage and also ask that one of the wines of the area accompany you, surely you are surprised. Take advantage!
At a reasonable price you can enjoy an impressive tasting menu of nine dishes. delicious pieces, imaginative and with a lot of work behind. I discover the tataki lid of tuna, ravioli rib and the low-temperature cooked salmon cap when I return to the turbos, I will go to dinner again to this place. It's impossible to forget!
Platos muy elaborados en un local muy agradable donde todos los detalles están cuidados. La carta tiene una buena variedad teniendo en cuenta que la mayoría de los platos no son sencillos de preparar. Nosotros pedimos antes de llegar (a la hora de hacer la reserva) que nos prepararan un menú degustación y la experiencia fue increíble: una enorme variedad y siempre sorprendente. A destacar: los raviolis de costilla de cerdo y el bao (y como curiosidad su reinterpretación de las patatas bravas). Aprovechad y pedid también una de los vinos de la zona para acompañar, seguro que os sorprende. ¡¡Que Aproveche!!
A un precio razonable se puede disfrutar un impresionante menú degustación de nueve platos. Piezas deliciosas, imaginativas y con mucho trabajo detrás. Destaco la tapa de tataki de atún, el ravioli de costilla y la tapa de salmón cocinado a baja temperatura. Cuando vuelva a Torremolinos, iré otra vez a cenar a este lugar. ¡Imposible de olvidar!
