Sabores Bistro - Torremolinos

Stumbled across Sabores Bistro last night after many years of visiting Torremolinos but never having seen this place before.After viewing the outside menu and being tempted to try their imaginative Scandinavian influenced dishes this is now the best we’ve tried this holiday without a doubt. We tried the tapas starters including pork cheek which I was a little wary of but which melted in my mouth. My hubby had the Nordic seafood tapa which again was delicious and our friends wanted the bouillabaisse but it sadly wasn’t available last night all the more reason to make a return visit! For our main dishes we chose the fried beef liver which again was melt in your mouth with caramelised onions and creamy mashed potato and vegetables whilst my hubby had the to die for Hunters Schnitzel with a tasty creamy sauce which was a very generous portion so much so we all tried a piece whilst our friends indulged in the house Caesar salad and burger all washed down by a lovely white wine and finished with a slice of their lovely mango cheesecake . I only wish we’d taken a photo or two to illustrate my words. All of this was made possible by the lovely waiter and chef/ boss who we thanked profusely before we left but hasta pronto as this is a place we were so pleased to discover and enjoy so much.
