Gewoon Do - Torremolinos

My twin brother Stephen and I were pub and bar hopping around this part of the resort when we chanced upon this pub and what a great find. Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here ,the interior is superb, dark wood features, a cool looking serving bar, pubby decor and furnishings, tv's to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside. We sat outside after getting bottles of beer from San Miguel Brewery, served freezing cold, we chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our beers. A big fan of this most famous of Spanish beers,light and hoppy, bursting with taste and very easy to drink especially when served iced cold as in this pub. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting for a first time visit to Gewoon Do we were totally impressed. Gewoon Do is easy to locate along Calle De San Gines and is most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Grandcafé Gewoon Do La Carihuela was a brilliant pub and restaurant we visited on a walk around La Carihuela and was a great pub and restaurant to have a few beers on a roasting hot day. Gewoon Do has a pristine interior with lot's of interesting fixtures and features relating to Holland and brilliant seating areas both inside and outside and when we visited we sat outside as it was a very warm day. We only visited for a few beer's which were San Miguel brewery lager's a brilliant local Spanish lager which were served iced cold and price wise on par with other places we visited in La Carihuela. This is a brilliant pub and restaurant that's well worth visiting as is this brilliant area of La Carihuela. This is my 1st review of Gewoon Do). Opening Hours. Monday-Tuesday-12.00-00.00. One of the many 'modern ' bars to be found in the streets behind the beach front. Located in a street which is at right angles to the sea front allowing the sun to shine on the pavement sitting area in the evening when the main streets are in shade. In an area which clearly caters for ex-pat Europeans including many from the Netherlands. Staff indifferent and this was the most expensive bar (of the many! we used during our eight day stay in Carihuela. At the price we paid we will not be going back.

El lunes pasado comimos delicioso en Simply Do. Muy recomendables son las puntas de solomillo con salsa balinesa.

¡Muy acogedor! Buena comida y buen dueño. El ambiente era genial, nuestro vaso se volvió a llenar inmediatamente cuando estaba vacío. ¡Tuve una gran velada!
