we stayed here twice. they really feel like home. room very clean and comfortable, the staff very courteous, friendly, and nothing is probleme. it's in the center of earth. I would recommend this hotel. I am back soon View all feedback.
What Rebrites doesn't like about El Pozo:
We had breakfast here one morning, and ordered Gin and Tonics one afternoon. We had to ask three times each, the staff did not seem to know how to communicate with one another. The food was OK, but the wait was long and the confusion unpleasant. View all feedback.
Lovely hotel in the centre of everything. Only downside was no pool and parking about 3 mins away which cost10 € per day. Friendly staff, could understand English.
Es la segunda vez y no lo último que voy a alojarme,la primera no tuve buena experiencia por el ruido de un lacal cercano ,pero ya esta solucionado,y esta segunda vez tengo que decir que todo genial ,la habitación,el personal desde los de recepción hasta las cámaras de pisos todos super amables, por destaca alguno el señor Alejandro de recepción,que trató tan amable con los clientes anteto en todo momento,con una sonrisa siempre en la cara,la verdad que hotel se merece un personal como Alejandro,te hacer la estancia mas Amena
El hotel cumple con su cometido, es súper céntrico y tienes todo cerca, bares, Restaurantes, personal súper amable especialmente Mar y Alejandro. Lo recomiendo!!

Muy céntrico. Gran atención por parte de todo el personal, todo muy limpio. Tiene desayuno aparte pero vamos justo enfrente también se desayuna bien. Para aparcar es complicado pero sino hay un centro cultural llamado Picasso a 10 min y se aparca bien. Está a 100m de la playa de Torremolinos. Hay muchas tiendas y también justo enfrente un carrefour express.
