Alaya Retreat Centre

We had a delicious lunch at the Alaya Retreat Centre, the vegetables, where fresh from the garden in front of us and the delicious eggs from the chicken, which are delivered to their house in the vineyards. The garden is really beautiful, there are fruit trees as cherry, medal, almonds and parsimmon and salad gardens with tao and endless forms. Leo the cook prepared a delicious and scenic pink beetroots hummus, who surprised us.

Our lunch was amazing. Absolutely delicious food and sitting under a caqui tree overlooking the vineyards and the vegetable garden, while diving local organic wine was just what we needed after the big city. In just 45 minutes from Barcelona we found this oasis!!

Leo the chef prepared a delicious and scenographic pink beetroots hummus that surprised us.
