We have taken the menu for two who carry pudding of fish, croquettes and xxl horn of cecina and goat cheese. I have to say that everything was very good but especially the cachopo, tender for more not being able to a crunchy but light bounce and a filling that you notice. We've loved the menu, we'll repeat. What User doesn't like about Sidreria Cachopo:
last minute choice, it was a good experience. it seems to be very popular with locals, so better make a reservation. we had the menu. the cocido montañes was just ok, but the chipirones with wobble and the entrecote were very good. rabas pretty average,...better to avoid them. the personal is really attentive. We order a daily menu of 14 euros that includes a first dish, a cocoon, dessert and drink. quality and appropriate quantity. the cachopo was not of large size but for a person more than enough (land and with good filling) and very good desserts. They put a bottle of cider and came for us. the fast and correct service. in the center of Torrelavega and next to the public underground parking.
After a few days quite bad to eat in cantabria and with constant bad service, I came over this oasis in the desert. Not a place for air and grace, but for real food away from the tourist traps. if they are a...fan of chacopo, this place has to be perfectly cooked, I had the sink, cheese and foix but there was a great choice. Moreover, the dough was made perfect, as well as the bark meat coupled with the exquisite filling. Moreover, the waitresses were charming.
