Fontana Di Pietra - Torre-Pacheco

My daughter and I recently had an evening meal here, I had the steak and my daughter had the Pasta Arabiata. I was a little apprehensive at the little amount of vegetables with the steak (3 mini potatoes), but after eating have to say it was very tasty , and the perfect amount. Followed by Creme Brule and Tiramsu , was a lovely meal. Service was attentive (there was only 4 people in the restaurant) Will definately be back next time in Murcia.

Nice food and good service. Would eat there again if staying in the resort. They did forget the garlic bread we had ordered but wasn't a problem as the servings were so generous.

Ambiance great which was the reason for booking. However service was atrocious which let us down and embarrassed with friends who have their own high end restaurant in the UK.

The service was absolutely awful. After being seated had to go and ask for the menu after 20 minutes. Took another 10 minutes to take an order for drinks. Again had to ask for someone to come and take our order for the meal. Service of meal was very slow. Asked for the bill but it took so long we had to go up to pay. The meal itself was reasonable.

We stayed at the Mar Menor during Christmas and New Year 2018/2019, and had dinner several times at this restaurant. We observed that many of the reviews on Tripadvisor were very negative and were honestly a little excited when we went there the first time. This is a fact: Everything takes a very long time, you are waiting to get drinks, waitig to order, waiting to get the food, waiting to pay .... It is important not to be too hungry here! But the place is severe understaffed, the waiters (only one or two) runs their feet off to do their best. Who can smile and offer great service under such conditions? Blame their boss, who puts too few people on the shifts! It is a shame, because the food is absolutely wonderful and definitely worth a visit. Try the pasta dishes, they are outstanding!
