The ice cream was not very tasty in the sense of hazelnut type ice creams, it didn 't have much hazelnut flavor, but simply sweet and milk/cream. The cone was a little old, not very crunchy. Excellent ice cream, currently the best on vacation in Italy.
Probably if I were asked what would be the one thing I would return to Viareggio for, I would say gelato from Gelateria Veneta.
