Subway - Torrance
Subway
Description
The reviews for the restaurant all seem to point out issues with the accuracy of orders, the quality of service, and the overall experience. Customers have mentioned receiving incorrect orders, cold food, and encountering rude behavior from the staff. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service seem to be recurring themes in these reviews. Despite the affordable prices and convenient takeout options, it appears that the inconsistent service at this particular Subway location may discourage customers from returning in the future.

I routinely have been stopping into this IGA on my trips to Bowling Green. each time I have decided to try the Subway there is no one there or when I am next in line it takes several minutes to be greeted or even be acknowledged I was even there. I'm just not going to stop here any more. 4 strikes and I'm done. Do not recommend that you waste your time. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I will never return to this Subway again. The manager treated me with disdain and spoke to me in a condescending and rude manner. When I expressed that I didn’t mind waiting because everything was frozen, she suggested I change my phone number so she could contact me in situations like this. To make matters worse, she rolled her eyes at me. I apologized and explained that I must have forgotten to update my phone number in the app, but she didn’t acknowledge my response at all. I waited in my car and when I came back inside, my food was ready, which was fine, but she still didn’t come out to apologize or address the situation in any way. I didn't mind the wait—I work third shift and wasn’t looking for breakfast when I stopped by. Having worked in the food industry for four years, I understand how stressful it can be, but that doesn’t mean I deserve to be treated poorly just because someone is having a rough day.
I really enjoy Subway, but for some reason, they can never get my honey mustard chicken wrap right. It doesn't taste anything like the one from the Subway in Sonora, KY. Service: Takeout Meal Type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10
You would expect a bakery that bakes fresh bread every day to provide delicious offerings, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I wish I could share a photo because my honey oat bread was old, cold, stale, and burnt! It looked as if it had been slathered with a thick layer of cocoa. To make matters worse, during our visit at 8:45 PM, I found out that my husband couldn’t order a meatball sub and my son couldn’t have marinara on his pepperoni pizza because those items had already been put away and were not available for sale so close to closing time. It was quite frustrating, especially since they didn’t close until 10 PM!
