I want to begin by commenting on the general taste and consistency at Ono HB - the BBQ is impressive! However, there has been a recent decline in service, which I believe is likely linked to issues within the supply chain and resulting job shortages. Instances of order errors and long wait times have been observed, as well as a lack of worker accountability. View all feedback.
Food was delicious and authentic.Got home and it was warm and big portions I had to share. The place is nice and customer service was great. The cabbage was delicious..
Order beef plate and paying extra for extra beef and the plate came almost empty
I wanted to buy fresh coconut but they stop selling it. So I bought beef entree with macaroni and veggies.
Love the food here , always very delicious and well packed
First time eating there, I had the number 1 plate chicken rice macaroni. It was a lot of good food. I’ll eat there again.
