Luna Grill - Torrance

I opted for the Greek salad with chicken, which allows you to customize your salad and add a protein for a small additional fee or choose from their set plates featuring lamb or chicken. The preparation time was around ten minutes, though I did have a few people ahead of me. The seating is comfortable and spacious, with tables for four, booths, and a few smaller tables for two or solo diners. A nice touch is the presence of restrooms, making it convenient to freshen up before enjoying your meal. Overall, the food is healthy and the portions are substantial. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Delicious food served quickly, located conveniently within the mall. We were visiting family and were looking for a quick meal. This place not only met our needs, but it also offered reasonable prices. They had gluten-free options for my wife and chicken-free choices for me. The portion sizes were generous, and we all left feeling satisfied and energized. The staff were incredibly friendly, taking the time to explain the menu to us. They even came over with a towel and a warm smile to help us clean up when my daughter accidentally spilled a glass of water.

Super yummy pita sandwich. I forget what the red sauce is called but I got it on the side and it was delicious. Was not crowded at all at 12pm on a Sunday. Everyone working there was super helpful. Me and my friend ordered the same thing and both ate itall. Not pictured are the fries side I got with it.

We ordered three meals along with a side of feta cheese, but they forgot the cheese and never returned to finish cleaning our table. This led my family to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. When Carrie did come to our table, she assumed we didn’t need further assistance and shockingly declared that she wouldn’t compensate us for the missing side of cheese. The customer service was terrible. When I asked Carrie for a phone number to contact the owner, she directed me to the website instead. I also inquired about her name, and she walked away, stating her name was Amanda. However, a co-worker referred to her by a different name, and when I sought clarification, she claimed that “Amanda” was her middle name and that I hadn’t asked for her first name. I was appalled by her response. It's disappointing that taking a moment to clean a table or offering a small compensation for their oversight seemed too much to ask. Carrie wasn’t honest with me, even going so far as to assert that I made her feel uncomfortable when she lied about her name and failed to apologize for the discomfort caused to my family and me. I certainly won’t be returning with my family or on business if that manager is present. To add to the inconvenience, she threatened to call mall security on us when all I wanted was to ensure that my note with my contact information for the owner would reach them. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak directly with the owner of this location to resolve this matter in a professional manner.

I had a delicious pita sandwich that was out of this world! I can't remember the name of the red sauce, but I ordered it on the side, and it was fantastic. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all around noon on a Sunday, which was nice. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. My friend and I ended up ordering the same dish and enjoyed every bite. I didn't take a picture of the fries I ordered on the side, but they were great too!
