I’ve heard fantastic things from people about their pizza, so today I decided to try the small double cheese with paprika. I have to say, it was an excellent pizza—definitely the best I’ve had in over a decade. Thank you! The staff was also very kind. View all feedback.

I really wish I could give this place a higher rating. The pizza is good, but it's clear that the family-run establishment is poorly managed. Every time I place an online order, I receive an estimated pickup time, but I always end up waiting an additional 20 to 30 minutes when I arrive. Today, the young lady at the register told me I had arrived early and that they were backed up for an hour. If you can't fulfill onl... View all feedback.
When I was young and my family lived in Torrance, I go to the lantern pizza. The last time I got pizza here was 2014 to support a fundraiser. I recently got a job in the area and decided to get pizza at the lamppost. ? The service at the lantern is excellent. Your pizzas are great. They taste very good. They gave me a discount because the crust on my pizza looked a little strange. The fact that the staff gave me a discount for a small mistake shows how much they care about their customers. I recommend getting pizzas from lampposts. I'll be back for lunch.
Wasn't very impressed with the dough, sauce or taste. Tried 2 pizzas, one with original sauce and the other Alfredo. It is compared to other quick in and out fast serve pizza. Giving it an extra star because of the family experience and the arcade.
I used to go to Lamppost Pizza all the time during my lunch break when I worked close by. They were so quick, friendly and the pizza was delicious! So I was shocked when I came to grab a pizza a couple of days ago. First off, the place needs a huge renovation! Which I think they might be working on because there was a bunch of materials just laid out in front of the building. Second, the customer service sucked. Came in with my hubby and not a greeting not nothing. I told my husband if we are not acknowledged in the next minute we?re leaving. As we were about to walk out, we finally were greeted. Took our order at 4:32; we just ordered a large pep pine pizza. The guy said about 20 mins. So we waited and waited and waited.... Finally, our pizza was ready at 5:13. Does it really take 45 mins to make 1 pizza? So anyways, we get home to finally eat and the pizza is so freakin greasy. I had to dap it with a napkin. It was tasty but not worth a 45 min wait. It actually tasted better the next day. Also, I found out that they have 9 recent violations. Yikes!
Pizza was delicious and fresh. Service was excellent. Employees were professional, polite and attentive. Havent been to Lamp Post in a long time. Pizza is like I remember it .
I?ve had the Whole Nine Yards pizza, the large dinner salad with ranch dressing on the side, the Southwest chicken salad, and a create-your-own pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and green olives from here. Right now you can only get curbside takeout. Call ahead with your order, or you can just call from the parking lot. Someone will come out to your car to collect payment and deliver your food. Very convenient and also safe for social distancing, because no customers ever set foot inside the restaurant. The service is awesome and the food is delicious.
