Einstein Bros. Bagels - Torrance

Today I decided to try a new item and I was thoroughly disappointed. The CINNAMON ROLL is not just a NO It's a HELL NO!????? It tasted 3 days old, and they tried to cover the taste by warming it up. Even the best part, the center was hard and dry. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THIS MENU ITEM.

While the food is always delicious, their servers are pretty rude and unengaging with the customers. Overall, this place is great though. Customer engagement is the only thing I’d ask of them to improve.

Wrong bagel on my order. Ran out of bagel style for my wife's order. Remade my order but made my wife's order instead of what I originally ordered. First time back in about a year, used to be run very well but I guess they must have had a lot of turnover at this location.

This location had a crazy line when I showed up to pickup my catering order (placed days in advance), only to get my order 40 minutes late because they forgot to make it.If you’re just grabbing a bagel, the place is fine. But if you’re depending on timing, this is not the right place.

Food and speed of service great! Taste of food, amazing....coffee on the other hand, terrible so minus a star for that. It's really bad quality and although the menu states vanilla sweet cream, I was only offered half&half or 2%milk, no sweeteners, just packs of sugar. It wasn't drinkable for me, so went to waste. I reached out to support with no reply
