What Scott J doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
It's very sad to see what's happening to chipotle especially this location in particular. 10 years, I have ordered my burrito exactly the same way with a extra pinch of cilantro. At this branch, and this branch only they now refuse to give out an extra pinch of cilantro, which is probably the cheapest ingredient on the menu. They site safety which scares me. Very poor customer service. When they don’t have food left like rice or chicken they will scrape their containers until they only get the little food left and they will not order anymore. Once they are done with your bowl the bowl looks like it was served for a dog. Terrible experience!!!
Staff is great! When my card found out later it was a glitch) they gave me the order on the house. I have of course given it back by giving more tips and continue business!
Food was not good and the tables we not clean at all. Had to clean our own table.the food didn't look at all. Will not return.
