Chili's Grill - Torrance

We were able to get in with no wait. Our server (forgot their name) was quite polite and helpful when it came to suggesting what to order when we were indecisive. The food took a bit long, but it was great. Our server did a great job at entertaining us (while also tending to their other tables) to ease us through the wait.

We arrived at about 1:30pm on Mother's Day and we had no wait time. They took our drink order within 5 minutes of us being seated and the meal order was taken within 15 minutes. The only issue was they put in our food order before the appetizer so we got our meals before the appetizers. All the food was cooked well and tasted great. Service was excellent.

I also ordered a peach iced tea, but I had expected refills to be offered, which they weren't. The service overall was commendable; each booth and table was equipped with a console to browse the menu and pay. However, it wasn’t immediately clear how to use it, especially for someone visiting for the first time. Fortunately, the staff quickly came over to assist and take my order. They were friendly and efficient, and my food arrived promptly. Located just across the road from the mall, Chili's provides a nice alternative when the mall gets crowded. I would recommend a visit, and I appreciated the changes made to the menu.

We had a wonderful dining experience with my family! The customer service was excellent, and the meal was superb. We will definitely be returning!

I hadn't visited a Chili's in years and was pleasantly surprised by the healthier options they now offer. The Caribbean salad with shrimp, which I ordered, was absolutely wonderful—definitely a 10/10, especially for someone who is health-conscious like me! The server was attentive and helpful as well. If it's been a while since your last visit, you'll be glad you came back!
