What Hyman Hintz doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
The service was lacking and the food was mediocre. I ordered three meals along with some star nuggets and requested sauces, but only received one BBQ and one honey mustard for my entire order. The employees seemed stingy with the sauces as if they were precious commodities. The spicy chicken sandwiches were dry as baby powder and the burger patties were soggy like a marzipan. The staff at this restaurant are extremely rude. I have visited a few times and they have made me wait for over 20 minutes without taking my order or preparing my food. Yesterday, one of the workers had a dirty uniform and their hair looked like it hadn't been washed in a month. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I really enjoy the biscuits, breakfast burgers, and many other items on the menu at this restaurant!
The food is still excellent, although the prices have increased. However, the staff remains friendly and efficient throughout the restaurant.
