What Harry H doesn't like about The Willow Tree:
28/12/17 me and my family visited the willow tree in torquay. My family had been before but i hadnt and i was very disappointed. Upon paying £6.29 for my carvery i was told that they were out of carrots and the selection of meats and vegetable were very limited. The food was luke warm and the chips were chewy and low quality. When i asked for ketchup i was told they did not have any by the rude and unresponsive worker who worked behind the carvery station. There were kids screaming and running aro7nd throughout our time there, making the whole experience very unpleasent. When we left my father talked to the manager, who was very polite if a bit incompetent and he gave us a refund. Overall a very unsatisfying experience would definately not reccomend visiting.

We went to the festive menu tonight. There was a large group of us, adults and children. Excellent choice, and really helpful waitress (Shirley) and chefs great with different nutritional needs. Brilliant value, service and delicious food. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Thanks for a brilliant evening
We came as a group, what an amazing service and a fabulous breakfast. Well done to all employees. Breakfast Pizzas in everything you can, it is a victory

Went Jacks patch garden centre walk round then decided to go Willow tree for lunch had cavery very nice but a bit skimpy on the meat chef cuts it very thin potatoes, Yorkshire pud cauliflower cheese was nice
