Despite some initial setbacks, the dining experience at Vertical was overall pleasant. The attentive service and excellent food were highlights, although portions were a bit small for the price. The unique menu choices and well-prepared dishes left a positive impression. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere and professional staff contributed to an enjoyable evening. However, some guests felt the prices were a bit high for the quality of food. Despite these mixed reviews, many patrons found the experience at Vertical to be worth returning for, whether for business or pleasure.

My lunch very was good. Great wine list. This place is closed now sadly. Its now king taps. But it also looks good.

It is a pricier establishment, but they have amazing service, food and presentation. great for business meetings or corporate lunches. reservation is preferred as they tend to get pretty busy at times.

Sadly I just learned that Vertical is closed---for renovations possibly/hopefully?I've frequented Vertical many times over the years. It's the favourite place of a friend who works in FCP and it's become one of my favourite places for a high quality, consistent business lunch with great service, when my guest works close by. I've had the steak, fish, pasta, salads and some desserts over the years and everything has always been great. I hope Vertical reopens!

This is one of our favourite bars to go to before a game. Can almost always get in. Prices are good, snack options are great and drink choices are excellent. We love it so much, we keep going back.

Saturday night and we are 1 of 2 tables with patrons. Should have seen that as a sign and left. Overpriced and Underwhelming. The wine was the best part. Service underwhelming/ appetizers Underwhelming. Carpaccio very average. Scallops - only 2 average. Mains - gnocchi -I have had much better. Risotto- I have had much better. Both very average. And no bread offered?? We had to ask and we were told it had to be baked. Half way thru the main the bread showed up. They were like those frozen little pepperidge farm nugget size-4 of them. Warm but again underwhelming. Not classic Italian bread. Biscotti for desert. Actually pretty good. But overall for the expectations we had and the bill we received.. We felt like we wanted a do over and go somewhere else when the experience was over. We recommend a pass if you are looking for an expensive night out and feel good about it later.
