Greeted with friendly smiles, offering food samples prior to making our selection. All of the choices are healthy and super delicious! Peter and his team have fantastic personal hospitality skills. Will definitely return for another wonderful lunch. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Veggie D'Light:
Well, the owner is the chef and runs the place by himself, the food prepared is fresh just like homemade, light vegan food. But I find the food just okay. I tried different stuff couple of times, but could not agree with the 5-star reviews. If you are in Kensington, looking for vegan food, this should be your last choice. Seriously, nothing I like here View all feedback.
Up until this weekend, I had a negative impression of the vegan restaurant scene in Toronto.
The staff is fantastic, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the plant-based, grab-and-go food is incredibly satisfying! This restaurant is ideal for a quick workday lunch, thanks to the protein-rich ingredients.
This restaurant demonstrates that vegetarian cuisine not only has a place in 2017, but also has a promising future ahead.
Delicious vegan dishes made and served with a genuine passion for food and people. The soup was exceptionally flavorful and satisfying. We enjoyed a shared, tasty curry roti as well. Gluten-free options are available. The atmosphere is laid-back and inviting, with community notices and toys for children.
