Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Cheesecake

Never heard of it before, we were waiting on train and walked over. They were coming out of the ovens and looked nice. We had it later that evening and then put in the fridge and ate over the next 2 days. It is like a cross between quiche, white cake and cream cheese. It got a bit more cream cheesy after being in fridge. Price is good. Comes in one flavour. Simple and delicious!

I'm doing a little mental happy dance after eating their Japanese cheesecake! It's like a cross between a cupcake and the traditional cheesecakes I've had in the past. I really enjoyed the fact that it was still warm and not too sweet. I would have liked a choice of flavours but perhaps it wouldn't be Japanese cheesecake then. I didn't have to wait in line but I heard that it's usually very busy.

A bit of a line up, but worth the wait. The cheese cake was made fresh when we were there. Careful not to miss your train or bus try to give yourself time.

Very nice taste, light and not so sweet, different from usual cheesecakes. Be aware, the line can get quite long, in the mornings you can get it without the queue
