I saw all the glowing reviews and just had to try this place, especially after it had been a convenience store for three years. I had the hare-hoo and banh mi for dinner, and everything was freshly cooked! The meat was juicy, and the banh mi bread was light and crispy on the outside. The pickled carrots really enhanced the flavor. The soup was incredibly tasty and perfectly spicy—it cleared my sinuses in the best way... View all feedback.

I highly recommend this restaurant! Everything is made fresh to order, and it has a cozy, homey atmosphere. The banh mi is incredible—the fresh, crispy bread is the star and essential for any good banh mi. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, exceeding my expectations for a poultry dish, but the pork is so delicious that it’s hard to compare. There’s a perfect balance of sweetness and mayonnaise, and I found it interesting to see tomatoes included, as I’ve never encountered that before; it still worked well. The pho bread is delightful, with just the right balance of fat and salt, and the noodles and toppings are fantastic. The raw beef pho is excellent, and the toppings are served separately, allowing customization. At $12 for a large, it’s a reasonable price for Toronto. This was also our first experience trying Vietnamese coffee, which was delicious—smooth and sweet with a rich dark flavor.

In the hearts, the restaurant offers a good price. I almost never ordered to start, but since the main meal (beef pho in my case) was very affordable, I decided to try her veggie spring rolls. I'm honest, I wasn't a big fan of eating, but it could be just me. I rarely eat Vietnamese. However, seeing the portioning, prices and the cozy indoor and outdoor atmosphere makes me think it is worth giving them a try at least once. vegetarian options: several meal times have variations of bark meat, huh or veggie, so it should be suitable for everyone.

This might not be the most aesthetic restaurant in Toronto, but it’s my FAVOURITE pho spot in the city! The grilled chicken and spring roll vermicelli platter is my go-to. I wish they would extend their hours, but until then grabbing this for lunch on the weekend is the best!!! This place deserves more hype! We’ve been meaning to try this place for a long while. Today after a long, hot walk downtown we decided to drop in for a late lunch/early dinner. And we’re super happy we did. The place has a super casual but friendly vibe. You order and pick up your food at the counter when it’s ready. Food comes in take away containers on a cafeteria style tray no pretensions here. And the food is delicious. Our shrimp fresh rolls were huge, and perfectly fresh and tasty. The bright herbs really made this special. The Bún bò Huê was really yummy, with so much tender beef that it was basically impossible to pull the excellent noodles without coming up with beef as well! The Bánh Mì was very good (loads of tender, grilled pork , though the bread wasn’t as crispy as we like (a personal taste thing . We had a fabulous, freshly made fruit smoothie and ended the meal with some of the best Vietnamese coffee we’ve had since our six weeks in Vietnam last year (not too sweet and nice and strong! . At $65.00 tax tip included this is very good value for money. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
